Before I started my own business, I was the set photographer at the TODAY show where I was lucky enough to travel around the world alongside the anchors. I covered assignments from the White House to Pyeonchang, and even in the anchors’ own homes!
Hey, I'm Sam!

CELEBRITIES I'VE been able to PHOTOGRAPH
I'm a Brooklyn-based photographer and videographer who specializes in family lifestyle content.
I laugh loudly, love fiercely, and as my dad says “I always swing the bat.” I will always say yes to a road trip. I’m crazy about dogs, babies, and fried chicken. I may be small, but my personality is mighty. My creativity, positive energy, and appetite for adventure are what get me through each day (that and a good cold brew!)
My background in documentary journalism has shaped my approach to storytelling into the relaxed, easygoing style that it is today. If working at the TODAY show taught me one thing, it’s that you have to be able to find calm in total chaos!
I read the room, I observe, I participate, and I have a knack for making even the most camera-shy comfortable enough to get those sweet, simple, authentic moments captured for a lifetime.
If you think this sounds like something you can get behind, send me a message and let’s talk! I can’t wait to meet you.
My Approach -
To me, pets are members of the family! I've fostered 44 dogs (and counting!) and I'm currently raising a puppy to be a service dog for a child with autism.
Andrew and I met on the apps (how boring and millennial is that??) and we both had "backup plans" to go to trivia in case the date went south. Luckily it didn't! Our first date lasted over 6 hours.
He's my biggest supporter and number one fan! If you don't get to meet him before, during, or after our session, I promise you'll hear endless (and likely embarrassing) stories about him!
I love a good challenge and I truly always want to serve my clients in the best way possible - no matter how crazy the ask. Which is probably how I ended up as the photographer, the wedding planner, AND the officiant at my brother's elopement in Boston.
My favorite place on earth is Hawaii. I've been going since I was a little girl and there's something about it that just feels like home to me. Andrew and I are working hard to make that dream a reality - we'd love to move there in the next few years!
